At present we have a standard flat rate delivery charge of €5 in respect of all orders for deliveries throughout the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK.
Orders within the Republic of Ireland will be delivered by DPD Courier Service and UPS to the UK.
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible on week days only – occasionally, items need to be sourced from suppliers, resulting in a slight delay in shipping. When your order has been dispatched you can expect the following delivery times:
Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland: 1– 2 working days.
UK: 5 – 6 working days
Delivery of parcels is by a tracked service with a courier company, usually DPD. If you are not available to take delivery in person please ensure an authorised assignee will be present instead. For Irish deliveries please allow 1 – 2 days for delivery by courier. Please allow up to twice this time for UK deliveries. We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail when the goods are despatched. We currently only ship to Ireland and the UK.
We want you to be comfortable with every aspect of your experience purchasing from us, and we will make every effort to be fair and ensure you are satisfied. Prior to despatch: Orders can be changed or cancelled up until they are dispatched. A full refund will be issued the same or next day as the order is cancelled. Please contact us by email or telephone if you have any issues.
Lost / Missing deliveries: In the unlikely event that your package goes missing and cannot be confirmed as having been signed for we will arrange to either resend the goods or refund your payment. Please note that if the original delivery is made subsequently, it must be returned to us or you will be charged twice. Damage in transit: If the goods are visibly damaged upon delivery, you can refuse to take delivery. If upon opening the delivery the purchased product is damaged please repackage the goods for collection. The goods must remain in an unused condition. Please contact us (a photo of the damage may be useful) and we will cover the cost of collection. Once received, a full refund will be issued the same or next day. Not satisfied with the item purchased: If you are not satisfied with your purchase (e.g. ill-fitting garment, wrong item ordered, change of mind, etc.) you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a refund (excluding delivery costs). Any such items must be unused, in the state you received them, and in their original packaging. In these instances we ask you to cover the cost of returning the goods to us or dropping them into our premises. Once received, a full refund will be issued the same or next day.
Faulty goods: If after use for some time the goods are found to be faulty please contact us and we will agree with you, as we would with an in-store customer, the most appropriate action to take – collect & refund and/or send a replacement item.
Farmhand Ltd. accepts online payments via credit card or debit card. All payments sent electronically shall be securely transmitted using Sage Pays Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology. The card processor then issues Farmhand Ltd., with a payment confirmation. We don’t have access to your card details. Farmhand Ltd. will begin processing orders immediately upon verification that payment has been received
VAT (SALES TAX)
VAT is included in all prices shown at the appropriate rate. Most new goods are taxed at a VAT rate of 23%. Lower VAT rates apply to a few product types.
There may be a very slight difference between the colour of the garment and the colour which is shown on screen. Colours may differ slightly when printing, but we always do our best to match it as accurately as possible. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT IN ANY WAY AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
