Amazone launches customer portal that offers free extended warranty and much more
Did you know you can now register your Amazone machine and get an extra 12 month guarantee plus many other new free features. This is possible with the new portal myAMAZONE. AMAZONE customers can use the new portal to gain more experience about their machine as well as extended the warranty period. Machinery parts booklets, user manuals, spreading charts and other specific information on you machine are freely available.
ZA-V, ZA-TS and ZG-TS, fertiliser spreaders can also avail of a 7-year manufacturer’s warranty against perforation rust. AMAZONE is using a new premium painting process from model year 2022, which offers the highest level of protection against corrosion caused by handling fertiliser on these professional models.
All used AMAZONE agricultural machines can be stored in the personal customer area. This is done simply by entering the respective machine number. In addition to the latest operating instructions, this includes relevant safety instructions, setting recommendations and valuable tips for a smooth start to the busy season.
With the SmartLearning function, interactive video training for operating the respective AMAZONE machine and control boxes is also available.
